What to expect from our Healthy Weight-Loss Coaching?
We meet you personally or discuss it virtually. Discussions take place regarding your health issues, habbits and goals. Based on that, we’ll create a roadmap and inspire you to meet challenges and your health goals. We won’t tell you what you shouldn’t do, but advise when and how much and what would be better and healthier. We identify the specific problems that are holding back your weight loss.
Together we design an integrative and customized diet to developing healthy lifestyle habits e.g. maintaining a balanced nutrition, achieving a healthy weight, reducing and managing stress is also vital, and resetting some habbits in an easy way that suits you.
- We start with an initial consultation in which we ask questions regarding your health issues, eating habits and get a first overview of your health condition. The first suggestions of a dietary change will be proposed according to your profile and together we will work out strategies that work for you and do not overwhelm you.
- Four (45 min) follow-up appointments on a weekly base are also included, to adjust dietary changes if necessary, to resolve any difficulties that arise, to increase motivation and to provide advice and support.
- This coaching can be extended to any number of sessions depending on what you need. We support and guide you every step of your journey.
